HAL's Race Results Bulletin

I am embarrassed to have to tell you that I made a mistake in compiling versions 8.13 and 8.14 of HAL's Race Results, which you have downloaded. They have a bug that means that you cannot enter results for any boats that have blanks in either their helm or type fields in the boat register.  More details are on the bug notice.

I have corrected the problem and will shortly issue a new version - 8.15.

I am very sorry for the extra work this will have caused you.
