Here is good news for HAL's Race Results users. I am making the program FREE. In future there will be no licence fee.

I will, of course, continue to issue updates and incorporate new Portsmouth Yardstick numbers when they become available.

If you download the program from the Internet it will cost you nothing. If you want a CD, I will charge you a modest price for production, postage and packing.

The only thing I ask is that you allow some discrete advertising on the web pages the program produces. The ads will be similar to the those at the bottom of these HAL's Club Results Service pages.

If you do not wish to have advertisements on your web pages, you can avoid them by paying the same annual fee as you pay now.

I hope the past season has been an enjoyable one and that you are lucky enough to be still sailing.
