Access 2007
The latest version of Microsoft Access is part of Office 2007.  It uses a slightly different format for the menu structure, which affects the way reports are previewed in HAL's Race Results.
In Access 2007 any report that you preview will come up in a screen that looks like this. Notice that there are two layers of menu, one with Print Preview and Add-Ins, one with Report and View. All HAL's Race Results menu items appear under the Add-Ins menu.
When HAL's Race Results is run with any other version of Access, you see a simpler menu structure. There is no Print Preview and Add-Ins level of menu, just the Report and View menus.
