HAL's Race Results Mk.2
A new version of the program is now available for beta testing.
- It is fully compatibility with the Mk.1 version. It can read and write Mk.1
archive files.
- It has a new and even more intuitive interface.
- It incorporates HAL's Club Results Service, so that you can upload your results
to the Internet directly from within the program.
- It can apply a weighting to individual races in a series. This enables you
to emphasise the importance of any of the races, such as medal races.
- It can make individual races in a series non-excludable, so that they won't
be discarded in series scores.
- It can apply time penalties to boats in handicap races, either as a percentage of
the elapsed time, or as a number of seconds.
- It can put your own logo on all print-outs.

Please note that this version is in development. You can use it to evaluate its
potential for your club, but if you are looking for a program to compute the results
of your current races you should still use HAL Mk.1
