Registration Day
On registration day you should make every effort to check the data you have pre-entered
in HAL's race Results.
- Print details of each boat (Sailing Administrator /
Class Register / Print / List of boats in selected class)
and get each competitor to check his or her entry.
- Pay particular attention to getting the complete names
of everybody involved, including first names, not just
initials.
- Get email addresses of anybody that should be notified
of results (family, friends, press) whenever
HAL's Club
Results Service is updated.
- Make sure you know which boats are eligible for special prizes, such as cadets or
older boats. Depending how you have set up the system, either mark them with selection
flags or add them to a class for which you have made a tandem series.
