instructions for race officers entering results into the program. You can modify
this to suit your club.

Microsoft .Net Framework v2.0 This is an extension to the Windows operating
system that is built into Vista and Windows 7 and is available as a download for
other versions of Windows. You need this to run HAL's Race Results Mk.2. It
should install automatically when you install HAL Mk.2, but in case it does not
you can download it
